Shipping Information

It is with great pride and care that we send you Julienne frozen prepared hors d’oeuvres, entrees and pastries. Your food will arrive frozen, layered between frozen gel packs, and carefully packed in insulated containers with a protective exterior box. By shipping only via overnight service, we are confident that your food will arrive in good condition on the date you requested. For more information on how your package is shipped click here.

To ensure proper temperature upon arrival, shipments can be scheduled only Monday-Wednesday.

Please place your orders by 12noon PST. We appreciate 72- hour notice to process your order, but will do our best to accommodate rush orders. We may need to substitute items of equal or greater value to meet your delivery deadline, and will get your consent before we send anything out.

Shipping Services

We ship anywhere domestically via DHL Standard Overnight Service.

DHL offers next day delivery by 3:00PM to most destinations. At this time we do not offer international delivery.

  • Charging Your Credit Card: Please note that we will charge your account for both the package and shipping. We charge you exactly what they charge us, and we are happy to fax you a copy of the bill if you wish.
  • Tracking the Status of Your Package: To find out the status of your delivery, click here DHL Track and Confirm. or call 800.225.5354.
  • Waiver of signature: Although we do not recommend this, your package can be delivered without obtaining a signature from the recipient by checking the proper box. Up to three attempts will be made (excluding Sunday) before the package is returned to Julienne.
  • Insurance: DHL will insure up to $300.00 for perishable items.
  • Zone Rates: Rates are based on the weight of the addressed piece or dimensional weight, and level of service. DHL cannot deliver to a Post Office Box.

Each package includes gel packs, insulated food safe containers, and a protective exterior corrugated box.


Shipping Restrictions

We only offer NEXT DAY service within the continental US.

We cannot replace packages due to delays based on weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses, if the recipient is not there to accept the package, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Times
In -stock items are usually shipped within 4-5 business days after receipt of order. An automated email will notify you as soon as the package is shipped, and will include a DHL tracking number. Expect your package the following business day-if it hasn't arrived, contact DHL or Louisa immediately!

We are happy to try and accommodate specific arrival dates, but cannot guarantee it. Your flexibility in selections will allow for expedited service and we ask you to contact Louisa to hear about substitutions. Louisa@julienne.biz or 626 441 2299, ext 20.

Saturday Delivery
This service is available in limited areas for an additional fee. Please contact Louisa to see if your delivery is eligible and to learn rates. Louisa@julienne.biz or 626 441 2299, ext 20.

Waiver of Signature
Please indicate to us that the package can be left at the address without a signature.

Attempted Delivery:
Per DHL, the driver will automatically attempt delivery to a residence the next business day before 5:00 PM. After two attempts, the package will be held at the local DHL office until delivery arrangements are made. In most cases the local DHL office will return the package to the sender in 7 business days, unless previous arrangements have been made." Click here for a more tracking information.

Shipping Costs
We are able to offer some of the lowest overnight rates available via a DHL partnership. Rates are based on weight of the package regardless of the destination zone.

Insurance
DHL will reimburse up to $100. or the actual value of the item.

Gift Cards
Because Gift Cards are the same as "cash", we offer either NEXT DAY service or REGULAR GROUND service (3-4 business days) for Gift Cards. The actual shipping cost will be added to your credit card.

We take great pride in the production and packaging of our foods. Everything is made here on our premise, under the direct supervision of owners Sue Campoy and Julie Campoy.
