POSITION DETAILS
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administratively supports management with the successful implementation of all Minor/ Major holidays (Prepares Order Binder, Enters Menu into Toast, Makes/Posts necessary signage)

Answers and directs phone calls in a polite and friendly manner

Professionally responds to customer inquiries and emails, ensuring that requests are delivered and/or processed in a timely manner

Completes regular data entry into Point-of-Sale System

Assist with processing and sending catering proposals to clients
-
Assist with Calendar Management as it relates to timely implementation of menus, decor, logistics, and scheduling
-
Maintains and updates Employee Bulletin Board (weekly schedules, “This Week at Julienne”, Upcoming, HD report, and notices).
-
Posts weekly menu on company website, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professional quality and standards.

Assists with company’s social media pages, posting pictures, media, and responding to followers of each page as needed.

Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
-
Submits the new employee background checks, including the facilitation of reference checks.

Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files (including the filing and recording of safety training certificates)

Prepares new employee files and helps complete HR onboarding with New Hires.

Helps administers health and welfare plans (Reconciliation of Benefits Invoices, New Hire Benefits Enrollment, and Annual Open Enrollment)

Verifies I-9 documentation and maintains that they are current
-
Works as an active member of The Julienne Team by assisting management and other team members as necessary (order taking, supply runs/orders, general customer service support).
PAYROLL AND MONEY MANAGEMENT​

Helps monitor accurate and appropriate daily timekeeping for all departments.

Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers.
-
Ensures accurate record keeping and proper payroll deductions.

Processes and audits payroll, ensuring timely and compliant payroll processing, in alignment with state and federal laws
-
Distributes bi-weekly paychecks to employees and organizes the cash for bi-weekly tip disbursement (per management advisement).

Assist with daily cash box reconciliation and tip distribution
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must have at least 3 years office management experience

Must have at least 2 years supervisory experience

Must have strong familiarity and working competence of:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must have at least 2 years (full cycle) payroll processing experience

Ability to fluently speak and write in English and Spanish is a plus

JOB SUMMARY
As the Julienne Office Administrator, you will help organize and assist all administrative and operational tasks under the guidance of the Owner and HR Manager. This position is newly created and has been designed to support the increasing demand within our catering and general business operations. In addition to providing day-to-day assistance and administrative support for the Owner and Leadership teams, this position will also be responsible for processing payroll for all employees. To be successful in this role, you must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable. You must also possess a good attitude, the ability to get the job done, and be accountable to what is expected of you.
