POSITION DETAILS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process Payroll

  • Manage mail

  • Assist with daily cash box reconciliation and tip distribution

  • Manage personnel files and paperwork:

  • on-boarding, open enrollment, any documents needed  for compliance

  • Answer phones and follow through

  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance

  • Provide assistance to the Order Desk, especially during peak times/holidays. 

  • Assist the Owner with implementing marketing materials

  • Collaborate with the HR Manager and the Leadership Team to ensure smooth daily operations. 

  • Follow and enforce all company policies and protocols

  • Other Duties as assigned

 

COMPETENCIES​

  • Basic math and computer skills

  • Proficient or a quick learner: Slack, Trello, Microsoft Office, Zoom, phones, Excel equations, GoogleDocs, Toast POS, In-Design, Mailchimp, WordPress  

  • Able to meet deadlines, be detail oriented, work independently and with direction from the Owner

  • Ability to lead, manage, and communicate in a polite and professional manner, with a smile and a can-do attitude

 

PHYSICAL ABILITIES

  • Ability to stand for 6-8 hours

OFFICE MANAGER

 

  • $28-$32/ hour

  • 4-5 day workweek,
    including rotating weekends

  • Benefits eligible

JOB SUMMARY

Wear many “hats” as the main point person for all administrative operations for a busy but routine workplace.  Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and customer service.  Work equally on the sales floor with customers as well as in the back office.  Daily interaction with customers, colleagues and management in an upscale and positive environment.  We provide solid training to master the ins and outs of the position.
