POSITION DETAILS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create a memorable customer experience by ensuring a warm greeting, menu knowledge, and that the packaging, quality and presentation are of Julienne Standards. Attention to detail is very important to the customer experience. 

  • Ensure a clean and inviting public area by bussing tables quickly and quietly. Assist with serving food and drinks. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment with a cheerful, confident and organized manner.

  • Ability to mulit-task and work as a team in an accurate and timely manner.   

  • Ability to efficiently work, clean, restock, organize during the down time. Be self-motivated.

  • Be polite and considerate; anticipate and be proactive. 

  • Report to work on time, and adhere to the break schedule

  • Follow all company guidelines and protocols, including uniform policy and schedules.

  • Certification in Safe Food Handling is required upon hire.

  • Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL ABILITIES

  • Ability to walk/stand for 5-8 hours

  • Lift up to 10 lbs.

  • Carry trays carefully

BUSSER

 

  • $17/ hour plus tip eligible

  • Part-time: Thursday-Saturday
    8:30 am to 4:30 pm

JOB SUMMARY

Our Dishwasher/Janitor Team play an important role in providing a memorable guest experience through cleanliness of all areas.  Team members interact with colleagues and management to maintain a safe and clean environment.  Associates are provided training to learn The Julienne Way in order to achieve confidence and success.
