Special Order Policies and Terms

Administrative Fee

A 7% surcharge is applied to all special and catering pre-orders.

​

Lead Times and Pick-up

We kindly request a 3-day lead time. 
Pick-up is available 9:00am to 4:30pm.

​

Please note we do not send out hot food; your order is refrigerated or room temperature and presented in disposable containers. We do not provide serving tongs or plates. Please ask for basic plastic forks and napkins if needed. Re-heating instructions are included.

We do not provide staffing but may be able to provide you with recommendations for an independent staffing company who may also be able to pick-up the order.

Sales Tax Exempt

Good news! There is no sales tax applied to cold food orders.

Pre-Payment/Confirmation

All special and catering orders require pre-payment in full.

​

We will do our best to fulfill your order in its entirety. We will promptly contact you via email or phone to offer appropriate substitutions in the event we cannot meet your requests.

Payment

Once your order is confirmed by our Catering Department, you will receive an emailed quote/receipt for you to complete secure online payment. Once payment is completed, your order will be processed.

Cancellation Policy

Any order canceled with a minimum 2 days’ notice from your pick-up date with written confirmation from our Order Department will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days.

​

Any order canceled with less than 2 days’ notice or no-show will be fully charged. No refunds will be given.
